The RPD 2D is an innovative laser welding optics system with a circular scan field of 160 mm. The laser head can be operated with standard laser beam sources featuring QBH or QD connectors. Laser power control is handled via an analog voltage ranging from 0 to 10V. The entire control unit is integrated into the laser head, meaning no separate control unit is required. Thanks to its internal media distribution, all connections are located on the protected top side of the laser head, ensuring effective protection against contamination during the welding process. The dovetail coupling allows for quick installation and easy replacement when necessary. With a low weight of 10 kg, it can also be used with very small, energy-efficient robots. The accompanying control software can be installed on any Windows PC, providing intuitive operation of the laser head. Additionally, status and warning messages are logged for monitoring purposes.
The laser protection cabin is available as a standard model as well as individually customized to your requirements. From construction to assembly and after-sales, we take care of all the services you require. Furthermore, our cabin meets all required laser safety standards, as confirmed by an official laser safety certificate issued by an independent expert. One highlight we offer is the patented contactless turntable for cycle time optimization. Camera equipment, monitors and lighting round off the high individuality of our cabin. Laser protection walls have also become available, allowing the steel construction to be reduced to a minimum.
The Laser Protection Cabin EcoLine features a cost-efficient modular design for easy installation and end-use applications and can be used in sizes up to 5.5x5.5x4m.
The Laser Protection Cabin ProLine relies on a cost-efficient design that is also suitable for large dimensions and expanded customer-specific layout options. The cabin can be used as an inert gas welding, temperature，sound insulation or adhesive application cabin.
The Laser Protection Cabin HighLine is used for highly automated systems in complex industrial applications with customer-specific designs and dimensions.
